Login / Registration

How do I register?
Click on the "register" button and fill in your data. After receiving your data, we will send an email with your confirmation link. 

How do I log in?
Registered users click on log in and enter email address and password.

How do I get a password?
You choose your password yourself during the registration process.

What happens in case I forgot my password?
Click on log in and enter your email address.
Then click on "Forgot password?"
The system will send you an email with a password reset link. 


Editing your User Account 

Can I change my password myself?
You can change your password any time at the "Edit user account" section.

How do I change personal data like address or email?
Go to "My account" after logging in. Here you can view and edit your data. 


Searching the Shop 

How do I perform a search?
Enter your parts number or technical drawing number in the search field and click on "Search".

Request for Quote 

How can I request a quote?
Add the article to your shopping cart and click on "Add to my quotes", then click on "request quote". We will shortly send you a quote.



How do I place an order?
Add the articles you wish to order to your shopping cart and click on "order". 

Where can I view my order history?
Go to your user account and click on "My order history".



Is there a delivery charge?
Standard delivery - for free
Express delivery - with costs: Orders placed before 3 p.m. can be delivered on the next working day within Germany. International express deliveries cannot be guaranteed to arrive within one day. We will inform you shortly about the express delivery costs.

Where can I check delivery times?
The detail view of each article gives you information on availability.
Delivery times are stated in our order confirmation. 



Online Shop payment terms
Your usual standard payment terms apply. These are also stated in our order confirmation.



How do I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at the contact details given in our order confirmation. 



How do I process return deliveries?
Please state the order number and return deliveries to MAG IAS GmbH, Stuttgarter Strasse 50, 73033 Göppingen. 

Do you charge return costs?
We charge 5% processing costs or minimum 50 Euro for parts that are not needed.
Parts that were not in stock can not be returned.

Export Control

What happens, when an article is subject to the export control?
Delivery can only be carried out, if all legal requirements have been verified. Delivery cannot take place in the case of an export ban. 


Legal Transaction 

Is my order automatically a contract?
The contract will be completed by our order confirmation.
